Refunds are available if your report is not delivered within 24 hours. Due to the personalized nature of the report, refunds are not available after delivery unless there is a clear issue with the service.

How to request a refund

What counts as a clear issue with the service

  • Report was not generated from the materials you submitted.
  • Report is incomplete or missing key sections described on this site.
  • Technical errors that prevent you from accessing your report.
